Hi! I’m Teresa, a woman who wears many hats. But among the many hats that I wear, my favorite is being a mom to my kids.

I love to share inspiration and wisdom as an author, speaker, blogger, career and parent coach, and counselor. I’m the author of the #1 Amazon bestseller on Motherhood and Child Care BREASTFEEDING: A Journey Worth Taking and the recent #1 Amazon bestseller on Human Resources and Personnel Management Keep Your Employees Engaged! Low Cost and No Cost Ways. I also authored the Amazon bestseller From Career Woman to SAHM, WAHM then Businessmom: Lesson from My Transitions, which won in the 12th Cardinal Sin Book Awards held at the MIBF 2018 in the e-book category.

I have written 2 children’s books namely, Mommy Loves You Just the Same and Maliit na ang Palda ni Isay.

The first two books I authored were When My Bridegroom Comes and How to Have the Wedding of Your Dreams. I’m currently writing my upcoming book How to be a Hands-On Parent while Earning.

I’m the blogger behind this award-winning blog that won in the 40th Catholic Mass Media Awards, Hands-On Parent while Earning, and two other blogs namely, Mommy Bares All and When My Bridegroom Comes.

I’m also the President and Founder of Full Life Cube Publishing and Events Services, through which I inspire and equip my clients to succeed in their businesses/careers while living out their priorities and life’s purposes. I work from home as an executive, career and parent coach and counselor and as a consultant for management, human resources, and training solutions.

Experience

I had been working in the field of Human Resources for around two decades already. When I became a parent, I found ways to apply the principles I taught in my corporate workshops in my life as a parent. This is what I share in my blog and in my speaking engagements on parenting.
