Whether you have already started or you are still on school break, I’d like to invite you to pause and sit at Jesus’ feet first before you become so busy again in your homeschool lessons and activities.

It is good if you already have plans and have set goals for the new school year. However, I invite you to also listen to Jesus first for direction and guidance.

We can become excited every time something new is about to happen. A lot of ideas might already be on our minds. That is also good.

I learned, though, that the enemy of the best is the good. We can be busy doing good at the expense of the best.

We don’t want that to happen in our homeschool this new school year.

That is why I am organizing an online retreat for parents who are homeschooling this new school year 2022-23!

I believe that it is essential for us, parent-teachers, to first sit at Jesus’ feet and listen to His words. Let us let Him take the lead in our homeschool. Let us allow Him to give us the wisdom and knowledge that we need. Let us give Him the opportunity to pour into us the graces that we need for this new adventure with our children.

This online retreat will be on August 20-21 (Saturday and Sunday) from 2-4 PM (Manila, Philippines time).

It will be a great opportunity for homeschool parents to not only come before the Greatest Teacher for instruction and validation. It will also be an opportunity to meet and share with fellow homeschool parents online.

All the talks will be recorded; so that in case anyone misses it for some reason or because of emergencies, they could still watch and listen to the recording at their most convenient time.

The rate is P500 or 10 USD per parent. But we are giving a couple discount because we are encouraging couples to attend together. Our couple rate is P800 or 18 USD.
