My family and I were pleasantly surprised that we got the chance to go back to Kidzania Manila on Tuesday this week to witness the launching of two new roles that kids can try out.
These two new roles can be done at the Toy Kingdom Department Store inside Kidzania. Kids can try to be Selling Clerks or Brand Specialists.
As Selling Clerks, they get to practice organization and customer service as they create eye-catching product displays, organize items on the shelves, and offer extras such as gift-wrapping services.
As Brand Specialists, they can practice ingenuity in sharing features, advantages, and benefits as they do a product demo of selected items. With this role, children can help customers realize if the items are what they might want or need to purchase.
Of course, kiddie visitors earn kidZos by trying their hand at these exciting new roles, making toy-shopping fun, easy, and convenient at the Department Store.
Toy Kingdom is the latest feature at KidZania Manila, the play city where kids 4 to 17 years old can learn life skills by engaging in fun role-playing activities designed to nurture their interests and teach them the value of hard work.
To help them learn the value of hard work, visitors may become shoppers and redeem items from Toy Kingdom Department Store using their hard-earned kidZos. Discounts await those with BKidZanian PaZZports or when they do a cashless transaction using their BPI ATM Card.
I’m glad that Kidzania partnered with Toy Kingdom for these new roles for the kids who visit Kidzania. Now, kids do not only buy from the store. They also get to experience these roles or jobs that I’m sure kids will enjoy. They do not only get to be surrounded by toys in their “workplace,” they also earn while playing.
Aside from the new jobs at the Department Store, kid visitors can also look forward to new activities inside the Arts & Design Academy, LBC, and TV Studio. Learning through role play definitely continues in KidZania Manila.
As usual, my kids had a blast trying new and old roles at Kidzania. During this visit, my youngest finally got to try to be a firefighter. His older brother accompanied him.
He also got to try being a paramedic. His older brothers tried this role already in the past but they tried it again to accompany their youngest brother.
My eldest tried the building climbing role at Sky Cable.
He also tried window-washing.
Before going home, all three boys went to Shell. The two older boys drove cars while the youngest who doesn’t have a driver’s license yet at Kidzania was their gas boy again.
Then, the two older boys went to McDonald’s to make a burger for their snack. While the youngest went to Purefoods.
It was another memorable and fun day at Kidzania Manila bonding with our kids. I so love that our kids learn while having fun! I also love that this establishment provides hands-on learning to kids in many different roles. We will definitely come back here so the kids can try more roles.
